Let's Get Physical

It is time to exercise!  I plan to workout at least 30 minutes everyday this month.  I like to exercise so I was thinking this wouldn't be too difficult but I am traveling a lot this month and EVERYDAY is a big commitment.  But, that said, I am sure I will be able to do it.  I would like to try some activities I haven't participated in for a while like swimming, biking and yoga but I also want to get out of my comfort zone and try Zumba.
I bought this resistance band to help when I'm out of town and I'll take along some exercise videos too.  
 Who is going to join me this month?  Come on, this one is easy :)

  1. Let me know if you have or find some good exercise videos to use with the bands. I got a band but it's really hard and I'm not sure how to best use it!

    1. I've learned a lot from taking classes at the gym where they use the bands. There are a ton of exercises. I bet you could find a good video on you tube.
